Emily is Lea’s younger sister. She had her right leg amputated when she had a car accident at four.

She has a prosthetic leg and doesn’t normally need her wheelchair. She loves dancing.  She became really sad when she first found out that she needed to have her right leg amputated as she thought she would never be able to dance again.

Role Model

When she discovered Sudha Chandran, an amputee and famous Indian dancer, she found a role model straight away and her dream of becoming a professional dancer when she grows up revived. Here is the interview Emily learnt about Sudha:
